Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC exam in her third-year of studying engineering. When she graduated in engineering, she was unsure if it was the best choice for her. Then, she realised civil services was her passion and decided to pursue the field. Her parents encouraged her to be civil servants and seek an employment in the public sector. She kept her motivation and concentrated on becoming an IAS Officer. Achieving UPSC takes more work. Her plan was to complete the engineering subjects and then prepare for UPSC while also studying various disciplines. Every day, she would set aside time to study for her exam. The time she spent was just one month preparing for the test and kept completely off of social media and her social lives. The focus she believes is crucial to be able to pass the examination to get a government job, and be able to work in civil service. She worked hard to achieve her aim of passing the test at first attempt. Her habit was to go through newspapers to keep up-to-date on daily news.
